have u ever wondered what these are and wether u shud include them into ur routine..?

well, i've done my research about Plyometrics and i have listed all their exercises with videos (they're small videos)

1.) Death Jumps

well, i think everyone should include some of these into their program at some time... may be on GPP days...

i know i used to do a LOT of lateral jumps when i was training for my Judo Green Belt...
