the key thing you want to watch for...is to just round the utmost shit out of your lower back.

conquer that...and you have conquered the power curl.

He has perfect form. I mean it's call a Power CURL. Heeeelloooo.. That means you have to curl everything, including your back. :biglaugh:

OH. It makes more sense now. Leave it to Dave to cut through the BS :D LMAO

That looks like a real good way to hurt yourself. Why not just deadlift, and then curl?

i think everyone just wants to be some sort of fitness guru. so they just think of a bunch of stupid stuff to do.

Riddick2112 01-26-2008 06:53 AM

that looks like a really really good way to injure a biceps tendon, not to mention throw out your back.

yikes!!!!

It's become this thing where you basically become a fitness guru by exposure alone. It's the bliind leading the blind. You get enough people to see it, refer to it, post it, talk about it and pretty soon you're stumbling around dropping lumps of coal everywhere and a bunch of dedicated followers are trailing behind thinking you're shitting diamonds. Who knew that the placebo effect could be so strong.

I think I am going to have to quote that eric, it may even be my new sig.
