| I'm bored and stuck in my house because of the snow, so I'm working on remaking my gym ipod. Anyone want to offer up their top 1 or 2 pump up songs for hitting their max lifts at the gym? |

Gender: | lately my fave tune for gym training is Overkill's "Skullkrusher". its over 10 minutes long and sometimes i'll replay it 3 or 4 times in a row. Metallica's "Blackened" is one i like too. old school metal all the way |
