Ok, So I've blasted through the stickies and searched around the forums for a direct answer but for the most part all I recieved was a variety of answers. Gonna give this working out thing another go around now that my metabolism has finally slowed down. I'm a 25 yr old, 5'7 160 lb mesomorph. Looking to bulk up a little by using the right diet and workout program. Only question is, what routine should I start with, I see many posts preaching the 5x5 for a solid program to add mass while other people shoot it down for beginners and suggest ripptoes. Searched the site for a Ripptoes and came up dry. Any suggestions?
