Default Short routine than Bill Starrs?

Hi, just started my job and it starts at 9:00am and need to train before, Bill starrs takes me about 1 hour 15 mins and after breakfast, walking to the gym, showering this will mean I have to get up really early.
Been on Bill starrs for 7 weeks and its worked really well but need to change it can anyone give me some advice on a shorter routine that lasts around 45 mins? Looking for a strength or bulking routine.

Superset your accessory work. That could save some time and increase your GPP some as well.

you could also try circuit style lifting just heavier. That way you lift heavy, shorten time and get the heart rate up. You might not be able to lift as heavy because of the rest period.

I don't have a specific "link". Take the 5x5 that you are doing and just go from one exercise to the other with very little rest, 15 seconds, and at the end of the circuit rest for about 2 minutes. If you go to 3x3 that will definitely shorten the amount of time in the gym for obvious reasons.
