That video... that's how I am doing them. I think I have better form but that's what I was doing.

Good. I think you were explaining it wrong then. You sounded like you did this:
1.started with dumbbells in front of you
2.rotated the dumbbells until they were just above your shoulders
3.executed a shoulder press.

That's not the way the video was doing them. So good, glad you are doing them correctly.
