Rounded shoulders refers to your just that, your shoulders rounding forward.

Internally rotated humeri refers to your arms, more or less. The way to tell is by standing with your arms at your side. If your palms face towards your thigh then they're not rotated, if your palms face more towards the back of you then they are internally rotated.

Rounded shoulders is a pec, scapula sort of deal whereas internally rotated humerii is an internal rotator/external rotator deal.

Typically the internal rotators are overworked and overused so it may be a case of some simple stretching but it never hurts to work your rotations specifically. Especially external rotation.

stretching the pecs and lats can help...but the main thing is to be cognisant of where your shoulders are during the day. maintaining good posture is the biggest key.
