Hi Skinny Dude,

i posted a thread on building muscles for skinny people and i assume you would fall into this category.

One thing i find important for skinny people to build muscles is to eat a meal high in complex carbohydrates and quality protein within 45 minutes of working out. It is extremely important that this meal should be taken first after the workout before doing anything else.

I posted an article on this topic also. You can read it here or visit my website for more useful content. Hope you gain bulk fast. Cheers.

Drop the amount of cardio you're doing. Like yourself, I have an extremely fast metabolism. I usually don't need to do cardio, even when dieting for a competition. Start on a beginners workout program, follow it and make sure your diet is on track. You may need to bump it up more! Keep on assessing and adjusting your workout/ diet weekly. See what works and what doesn't and go from there.
