Default skull crushers/french presses

Never really done french presses and was talking to a mate about them the other day, just wondering if they're basically the same thing as skull crushes or if and how they they differ in relation to what part of the tricep they hit etc etc
cheers

They are the same motion , but i think with French presses they are done either sitting or standing as skull crushers are usually done laying down on a bench or the floor.

Yeah it's all just tricep extensions. I have heard lying tricep extensions referred to as "lying french presses" instead of skull crushers. But usually it's what TALO said.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
