Default Substitution Exercises for the following:

Assisted Pull Up

Upright Row

Triceps Assisted Dips

Machine Biceps Curl

Machine Triceps Extension

I need substitutions I can do at home, and I don't have any machines :/

People suggested the following:
assisted pullups- Lat pulldown
upright rows- dumbbel rows
tricep assisted dips- bench dips
machine bicep curl- barbell curls
machine tricep extension- lying dumbbell tricep extensions

Should I go with that?

Thanks in advance!

Just buy some resistence bands, the flat ones are the best, not the tube kind.
Try Iron woody or pullum sports, bands are great for pullups, just loop one end over the bar, then put the other end under your knee. These are great if you do not have a training partner.

Bands are also good for all your barbell exercises, just attach them to the bar,and your barbell takes on a new feel.Bands are worth adding to your home gym, because they have a feel of a pully machine.

For the lat pulldowns and assissted pullups remember that you can always change up your hand positioning.

Tricep assissted dips you can always do my favorite tricep exercise - skull crushers.

For the bicep curls try doing 21's. This is where you do 7 reps half way up (starting from bottom), seven reps half way down (starting from top), and then 7 regular reps of full curls. Do this all in the same set - great muscle shocker.

Machine tricep extensions - Kickbacks, where you are on all fours, have your elbow at your side, and extend to a 180 degree angle. Make sure to use light weights and do these correctly.
