Summer-March results
Hey guys, since the summer started, I've lifted pretty much everyday. Sometimes during football season when I could. Here my numbers so far.
Legpress=855x6 Squat=320x4 Flatbench=235x5 Declinebench=235x5 Inclinebench=205x4 Bicepcurls=110x7 Shrugs(dumbbells)=90x6 Row=175x12 Pulldown=80x12 Cleans=95x12 Also, I was wondering of someone could give me a grueling workout routine. |
