I suggest people reply with their favorite information sources on certain workout programs and we can frequently update the main post to keep improving this list. As alot of this information starts to be covered on this site we will also reference threads from this board. |

| Rank: New Member | Boy am I new...and WOW, is that a lot of routines and info...anyone reccommend a good routine for a COMPLETE newbie with literally no experience, looking for a good workout leaning heavily toward cardio, I imagine...mostly looking to drop maybe 10-20 lbs of extra waistline, add a little muscle. Also, should mention, limited workout equipment...small town on an island, so...nautilus setup, olympic pool, stairmasters, treadmills. |
