Default Tips on my workouts..

I do this about 6 days a week..
300 crunches
20 back dumbbell rows - 3 Sets (each arm)
20 tricep kickbacks - 3 sets (each arm)
25 reps of bench press - 3 sets
25 barbell curls - 3 sets
25 reverse barbell curls - 3 sets

I'm looking for a way to increase size faster. I heard lighter weight/more reps does that but I'm not too sure myself. I would like to figure out a good way to get my arms bigger "normally", if that makes sense. Any help or advice is appreciated!

keep in mind of you want bigger arms you'd better work to build bigger legs, a bigger back, and a bigger chest because arms dont grow much unless you grow ALL over.

read the stuff about Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength program. for a guy with your experience it should be just the ticket!

Agreed! You need to build it all to build bigger and better arms.. But I'm pretty sure heavier weight and fewer reps is better for size. Lighter weight and more reps would be more for a cut or ripped look. Don't get me wrong both will do the trick. But lift heavy (but safe, not over you head, don't hurt yourself) to pack on size!

Also six days a week is a bit much for adding mass. You're gonna need some good rest in between to re-build. I've been at it for a several years and 5 days a week keeps me pretty tore down man. Find a good beginning work out that is laid out for you! Heck try a few and find one you like! After you stick to one for a bit you'll figure out what you do and don't like, then you can adapt it to suit you!

Someone needs to make a sticky about the importance of reading through all the stickies!

Maybe instead Sleazy and I should include those instructions when someone signs up here...

It would be great if there was a way to make it so they can't post anything until they read at least 2 stickies or something similar to that?

This sounds like a good idea cause all the new members ask the same questions. Or maybe have a newbie thread that links to all the stickys with brief description about the information covered in them?
