Default Training alone

Hi, i have been training about 3 months all by my self. I don't have a training partner because i train very early (7am).

but i'm having great results, training alone has force me to push my self beyond my own limits. When i try to push too hard i use the machines for safety, except for the squats, i love to use the free bar.
So that you can have an idea i can lift about 330lbs squats, no help 4 to 6 reps. In a clean body if you know what i mean. And this with 3 months training, because i had stopped about 8 to 10 months.

Any more people training alone and achieving good results?

Machines are NOT safer!!!

Knowing how to stretch, warm up, acclimate, and rest properly is safer. Get off the machines.

i didn't explained, i usually use free weights.

let's say, bench press, 198lbs when i do this kind of lift i use bench under the fixed bar (machine, usually used for squats), if i get a power loss, just turn my wrist and the bar is locked, and that seams safe to me. This is the only cases i use machine, when i do this kind of lift.
keep in mind that i don't have a training partner, so i don't have anybody to assist me if i get with the bar on the chest, ehehe

If you're using a smith machine for bench then you're probably at a commercial gym. This means there has to be someone around that you can grab to spot you. Maybe even one of the workers. The workers should do it no questions asked if they want to keep you safe. They do at my gym.

Yes it's a commercial gym. i use that machine because sometimes the only person is there, is a very skinny instructor girl, so i don't trust that she can help me if i get a power loss.

so i leave the legs day for when there is a male instructor, and i can do heavy liftings because i know if i need help he will assist me.

but like i said previously i don't use machines all the time, i usually use free weights

Leg days is when you DON'T need a spotter. If you have a proper squat rack/power cage set up it should have safety bars. If you set up the safety bars to the right height then ditching the weight on the safeties should be a non issue.

I would recommend switching your bench day to when the guy is around (even though the girl is probably fine if you're benching within your limits).

Get under a barbell!!!
