Thumbs up Training Program

Hey

i have been residing in Mongolia since 2003 working with freestyle wrestling and i also teach strength & conditioning training at Mongolian National Sports Institute. Recentle i have been privilaged to become assosiated with local Mongolian gym to whom i am willing to provide service. I have met a young guy who is very interesting in taking up 'bodybuilding' seriously. He has history of wrestling and in the past has experinece lifting weights. He is very excited to enter a bodybuilding competition here in Ulaanbaatar in january 2007 and he asked me to help him. This would be my first time to do such work. I have worken with athletes in the area of hypertrophy, strength & speed for specific sports but this guy will be a first opportunity to learn more about bodybuilding and its training regimes.
Having only 2 months to prepeare for this competition in january, i am looking for advice in the area of training plan or anything which we should be focusing on in such short time. Through my personal experience two months is not enough time to prepeare for the competition. I am looking to hear all your thoughts & program ideas.
Lets make this guys a 'Champion' (speaking in future tense)

Well, I'd say to "stick to what you do best". What I mean is to have him incorperate your OLY lifts in his training program.

Look through our stickies as well..

What's his stats?
