uhh there is something wrong with me...

for the past week and a half about 2 exercizes into my workout, i get a TERRIBLE headache (to the point where i almost puked from it), so i took 4 days off in hopes that it was just me being sick or something. well i went in again yesterday and the headache wasn't as bad, but during a lift i all of a suddent got a bloody nose. not sure if this was coincidence or not but honestly WTF??

Kind of hard for anyone here to tell you what to do ( especially with info like that ) . Maybe you should go see a doc.

haha maybe i should. i'll wait it out a little bit more, i just dont find it justified to charge someone $200+ for telling them they have a headache. it just worried me yesterday :wtf:

Unless you're holding your breath and really pushing blood into your face, you need to check that shit out.

During which exercises do you get the headaches and nosebleeds?

This is most common during heavy lifts such as deadlifts or squats. Its probably caused by the increase in blood pressure and can be avoided by paying closer attention to your breathing.

Are you on cycle? If so what are you using? There are numerous things that can cause these problems from just as simple as not eating correctly to a leasion on the brain. If you have had no trauma i.e.(bumped head, car accident etc.) and you are off cycle then I would not be to concerned unless the problem keeps occurring... If you are on cycle you may have some bad shit. You may just not be eating right or you could have strained a neck muscle. Also if you are adding muscle in areas not used to having muscle you may be pinching a vein or artery that supplies blood to the brain. All in all go to the doc better to be safe then sorry.

Suggestion number one. Go to the doc and get check for a number of head problems before you kill yourself in the gym and give us all a bad name.

wtf? i have no idea how that would relate to you.

as an FYI they are starting to go away now, still no idea what caused all this but they were beyond bad

I appoligize for being harsh, But I know a guy who refused to see a doc for the same thing and nearly died. Brain bleed, build up enough pressure and out the nose. He finally went when he lost his vision.
