Upper biceps
 
Simple question my upper bicep is a little flabby, i can handle curling heavy weight,are there any exercises to target that on area?

1) There is no such thing as an upper bicep. My friend said the same thing to me - what he meant was the divide between his deltoid and his biceps. This may be what you meant. Doing curls works biceps - you don't need to work upper or lower.

2) Spot training doesn't really work. Meaning, doing situps isn't going to earn me a six-pack. Doing curls or some special workout doesn't target fat in that area - doing cardio and controlling your diet over time will reduce fat in all areas, one of which may be your arms if they're a little flabby.

Biceps aren't worth fusssing over. There's bigger fish to fry.

Squat and grow and the rest will folow. :)

Doing heavy rows and eating right will take care of those pesky biceps.
