Default -ViDEO** My Full Chest Workout (Beast Mode) *170lb to 210+*

Hey guys,

I decided to make a workout video to maybe motivate more people to get bigger and stronger..
Just wanted to share it with you guys!
Let me know if anyone is interested in seeing more videos like this one..
Thanks!!

Oh yeah...

A little about me..
I am 20 years old,
I used to workout in high school here and there,
and after graduating I pretty much stopped...
When I turned 20 on April 5th, 2010,
I decided to get myself a gym membership to get back in shape..
And so I did..
I started out weighing a little over 170lbs, barely benching 135 a few times..
Here I am now a little more then 6 months later...

P.S. The picture I uploaded was of me in the summer of 2010.. Weighing roughly 170lbs..

You should cut it down from 14 mins to around 4 minutes with just highlights lol. Good stuff.

You should use a full range of motion for all your lifts.
