Warm up before back training

Default Warm up before back training

Hello I was wondering,

is it all right to warm up on the treadmill before back and neck training or should i use the row machine? cus i prefer the treadmill

you can even do full free weight squats to warm up. i actually use these as a warm-up tool all the time. beats using the shitty treadmill

It shouldn't matter too much as far as the general little "warming up the body" part. Of course there are other things you can do to acclimate before lifting or mobilize but as far treadmill verus row do what you like.

I do tend to use the rower for my warmup versus the treadmill (on leg or lower body days) because it is more in the range of motion I will be using. But it's a trifling point because you are meant to be using the specific lifts, or at least the first heavy one to warm up to and acclimate for what's to come.
