 Get bigger and bench ( 250) alot more. At 44, I don,t seem to be slowing down. The drive is just increasing. 17 bicepts, wt 220 ht 6. Working the abs more. Pleased with the progress. Goal 18 bicepts, then 19, then... Need to get the bench up. Do all work in home gym, free weight. Have to be cautious, no spotter. semper fi to 0311.

Currently I'm cutting, so my short term goal is to go from 235 @ around 18%bf to between 210 and 215 and see 10-12%bf. I will cut until i"m happy, and depending on how easy it comes, I might go lower.

Secondary goals are to keep as much muscle mass as possible, I worked hard to get stronger and thicker, I dont want to lose it. I am a martial artist also, so hitting hard is good hahahah. And as hard as it is I need to increase stamina too, not easily done while keeping mass.

Long term goal, is to finish up my cut, maintain my body comp until I bulk again in the winter. I will try to add 15lbs of lean mass at that time, and get to 225 and 10%. From there the sky is the limit.

think big, eat big, lift big .... be big.

hrdgain81's Sig:I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.

My goals are to gain some freakin' weight, I'm eating a lot more and that seems to be helping, last few weeks i've gone up 10+lbs and still have low body fat. Better definition and more bulk is basically what I'm looking for.

Damn bro, you are a big country mofo. You are right, you got some body fat on you. Especially on the love handles. Are you a red neck who drinks beer and chew tobacco?
