There are charts for novice, intermediate, advanced, etc. for different bw ranges that can give you a rough idea..

I'll see if I can find something online.
Theres a chart that explains what a novice, intermediate, advanced should be able to lift at BW in the back of practical programming

I know there's more to strength than just this, but I need a rabbit to chase.

What would you consider to be competitively(top 10%) strong for an adult male that weighs 200 pounds?

Bench 1rm-
Squat 1rm-
Dead 3rm- (bad back, so I'm afraid of finding my 1rm)

I know this post is a bit goofy, but I'd really appreciate your input.
According to practical programming an intermediate male who weighs 198 pounds should be able to.....

Bench 213 (pounds)
Squat 285 (pounds)
Deadlift 333 (pounds)

That's the chart I posted a link to. It's available from Crossfit.

I don't really know what else you want from us Pimpsticky.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I'm at the high side of intermediate. Thats good to know because this is an asumption I made to create my training program.

Good thread.

I have a novice Bench, nearly an intermediate squat, and a good intermediate deadlift.

I wouldn't put too much thought into those charts, guys. You're talking a "median" of a population. You can fall way under or over and be normal for you. JUST guidelines.
