Unhappy what should i do.

i dont know whats wrong with my arms. i dont over train them. they just dont grow. they just feel real hard and look all cut and stuff.

some other kids that lift laugh because i have a real big chest and look all buff but then i have little bicepts they say i look funny.

what should i do.

Poke out your big chest, beat on it, and grunt .

No, just give it time. If your have a genetically larger chest be thanful for it. Lift heavy with lots of compound movements, plenty or rows and chinups, and maybe a little isolation work on the side, and your arms will have to eventually grow.

Keep in mind that the biggest part of your arms are you triceps.

Heavy compound movements are key. These movements will do more to spur arm growth than any isolation exercise. Keep it heavy and your arms will have no choice but to grow.
