Whats a workout for your lower chest?
My chest is all developed and tight except for the bottom, like near the nipple.
I was wondering what kinds of workouts would work that area? |
Decline bench, decline fly and dips are great for a overall.

Just buy some hydroxycut or Leptoprin and use it everyday for 10 weeks at the recommended dosages and eat everything u want, u will loose all the bf on your lower chest. :D
