Where to start??
I'm completely new to this and need all the help I can get.
First off, I have absolutely no idea where to start!!
I play a fair bit of sport yet I have nothing to show for it, so I figure it's time to head for the gym.
I'm not looking to get big instantly, I just want to get cut now and then start working on my size from there.
Please everyone....what do I do??
