Default workout after surgery

hi all!

Even though I haven't been posting, I have been on to read the threads. But I have a serious question:

Today i had a mole removed from my upper left abdomen, and inch below the bottom of my pec. I have five stitches horizontally.

My question is: What excercises can I do without straining my abdomen too much? Can i still do sitting rows? arms? legs?

I know i can't do chest or shoulders, because it requires stretching the arms and thus pulling on the stitches, but I am curious what you guys and gals would recommend. I dont' want to miss a day at the gym or more importantly, loose any momentum and progress I've made.

Thank you all for your time and responses, and it is good to be typing again

It will partly depend on BF % & more specifically, how tight your skin is. Also, your build will factor in. One of the best ways for you to find out will be to experiment with very little or no weight. Everybody is a little different.

I think you should wait several weeks before working out
