Default workout rearranging...opinions...

got rid of some things and switched some days on things....just wanna know if it looks good.

Monday Week 1

squat
bench
row
dips
side bends/or russians
weighted situps

Wednesday Week 1

dead
front plate squat
MP
pullups
bi curls
leg raises/weighted situps

Monday Week 2

squat
MP
pullups
bi curls
leg raises/situps

Wednesday Week 2

dead
front plate squat
bench
row
dips
side bends

since plate squats are more ab oriented...i figured i could throw them in in place of light squats on dead day. that way i got a little squat in there...and it can take the place of situps. i was just doing too much and my workouts were going over an hour.

after thinking about it...probably put the plate squats at the end of the workout, so they don't fatigue me for bench/rows/or MP.

got rid of tri extensions and just gonna do dips instead.

thanks for any opinions/advice.

front plate squats are like an ab movement. do you mean front squats?

on wednesday week 2 i would actually put bench press as the second exercise.

are you lifting only 2x a week?

He meant front plate squats, Mr. Skimmer.

I was going say that....

I like the plan fine but I'm curious if your workouts being over and hour is the only reason for the change. If something is working for you a producing results then it being over an hour is not a sufficient reason to change..unless of course you simply don't have that much time. I guarantee you that changing the workouts to be less than an hour is not going to suddenly make some huge difference.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

lift 3 times a week...monday will be copied to friday.

i don't think it'll make a huge difference...maybe not any...it's just...tri extensions were doing nothing...and tri's are getting worked with bench and MP...so might as well just do dips and leave it at that. and on a typical deadlift day i was doing like 9 things...just trying to keep it a little more simple. and russians and side bends on the same day...i'll just get rid of one of those, and add a set to the other. maybe alternate them every other workout.

so that...plus....i just don't want to work out for over an hour but this way...i can get enough rest in between sets even if the workout does run an hour....get the most out of everything.
