that's what happens with most people...they put lots of small stress fractures in the disc and it gets really weak. then one day...BOOM! you're screwed and in bed for a few weeks

i think his back was sore before...but lifting a bunch of cement blocks at work really set it off..that's when the real pain began...

yeah. and i'm not a fan of the disc replacement surgery because they have a tendency to not work well
