Gender: | My wife is entertaining the idea of adding creatine to her workout routine. I've found several articles that support women taking creatine but they all seem to have an ad with it. She wants to tone a bit and gain some strength but doesn't want to get big. She's a very petite woman as it is. Any issues with women taking creatine and protein? Thanks! |

Gender: | A womens body produces creatine just like a mans body and is used for the same purpose. Supplementing creatine will help keep her normal levels from depleting during training. She doesn't have to supplement though: she can get it from eating fish and red meat. The only "supplement" that will make your girl huge are growth hormones. |
