Great tips, don't forget to also take your health and any medical conditions into consideration, know your limits, and adjust if necessary. We don't need any injuries out there guys

I have neuropathy in all 4 limbs. If you don't know what that is it is a nerve problem. The nerve impulses get mixed messages expecially if an area is over worked.

So I have a different way of doubling up exercises. When I double up exercises I need to go from one muscle group to another. For instance from a set of Leg Curls to a set of Lat Pulls then back to a set of Leg Curles. If I were to do say a set of Compression Curles, a set of Lat Pulls, and then a set of Compression Curles the nerves would give up and I wouldn't be able to hold a pencil let alone finish my sets. So this may be an option for us old guys out there.

There are some isometric exercises you can do at home or work too while you are actually doing something else. My computer in the office is on a bar so it is about 3.5 ft high. Using a couple foot and a half 2"x6" boards glued together (one on top of the other) I move my chair out of the way, put my board down and do weightless calf raises while at the computer. Yes, it looks silly, but I don't care what other people think and I can cross that of my exercise list for the day
