Any More Suggestions???
Okay, because I thought that by the time I got to 150 I wouldn't still have fat around my midsection but for some reason I still do. I started my diet and excercise/lifting program almost exactly a year ago and I have gone from about 180 to 150 depending on the day I weight myself. All the fat on my body is gone besides my stomach is still a little pudgy for some reason. I work my abs out a little bit but too much sit ups and knee ups kill my back even when I workout with a trainer who makes sure I am doing the excercises with the correct form(I have a messed up back from playing basketball). I was about to just slow down on the wieght loss and start lifting heavily to gain muscle but I really wanted to have a six pack before I stopped trying to cut weight. Is it just a matter of time before I lose the fat in my midsection or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for the advice so far.
