BradG I think thats exactly what it is.. ... But this is how its explained in Flex Magazine:

Angled one-arm side laterals Are performed by grabbing a secure vertical post (one where there is no danger of getting fingers pinched) with one hand and "hanging" from it. The idea is to lean away from the upright so your torso is at about 60-degree angle with floor. Using your free hand, pull up a dumbbell in a lateral raise. Pulling up a dumbbell from this angle more effectively stresses the medial deltoid head than just about any other movement.

Now, if you guys can get me some more pictures of this that would be great. That way I will know exactly how to do the movements. Thanks
