Ok thanks.. About my experience, I do have some experience.. I started when I was 18 and went to gym for 2 straight years, I quit because I was busy with work, schools and trying to start a business.. But now I got back on track and been going to the gym for 2 months straight.. This program is not so advance at all, it just tell you what exercises to do for an “X-Man figure”.. You know wide back and shoulders, small waist and bit legs.. Just like a super hero..
