I just wanted to add that I switched over to WSB training a few weeks ago and so far am really enjoying the program. This is just a brief into to WSB and I recommend visiting the official Westside Barbell site for great information and articles by some of the best powerlifters out there. The best thing about WSB in my opinion is the fact that you can change your ME lifts every two weeks which causes the program to always be new and never get dull.

It is however funny to walk into the gym with accessories like wooden boards for board presses and see the look on peoples faces. Don't forget your homemade box for box squats either. I got to admit, at first I did my box squats at home to get used to them since I have never done them before and also the fact that I didn't want to walk into the gym with a homemade wooden box. However, I found you can make a nice boxlike stack out of aerobic stepper boxes in the gym or a milk crate they may have laying around. Just a suggestion

I would definately recommend WSB to anyone looking for a new routine.
