My biceps never give out or get real tired, I just feel it more in my biceps than my back. I have been working out this time for about 3 months, at least 4 times/week.

Also do any of you have a good excercise to strengthen the lower stomach. I have been doing crunches but only feel it in the middle to upper abs.
