Default Looking for knowledgable help with my problem

I've been lifting with the "bigger,stronger,faster program for 24 weeks and have gained 15-20lbs. I am now 6ft 1in and 171 lbs. I'm 16 yrs old. the problem im having is....defining my chets and abs better....i hvae been doing 300+ reps of various ab wrkouts about 6 days a week for the past year with next to no results, i can not define my abdomen and get a 6 pack at all. I run 2-3 miles 2-3 days a week, i do HIIT 2 -3 days a week and i play hockey so i skate at least 2 days a week. i do not eat sweets or fast food at all and try to eat about 4-6 meals a day. I am taking creatine and protein shakes but i CAN NOT get the results i want AT ALL ! if anyone can give me ANY help at all on this i would appreciate it more then u know. also any advice on rounding out the pecs at the bottom i would appreciate that as well!
