i eat very healthy actually...quite a bit of protein but im sure not enough i know i should get 1 gram per lb i weigh....i dont eat sweets or fast food or drink pop at all....however i just recently stoipped trying to gain weight so i "have" been eating alot of peanut butter and stuff but i just now stopped
