Default Cardio Question???

So i just started trying HIIT training on a recumbent bike 3-4 days a week for 15 minutes on an interval setting at a high intensity...i do it mon, wed, fri, and saturday. then sometimes i may run once a week in there as well. I'm doing 300-600 repetitions of ab workouts mon, wed, fri, sat, and sun as well. Do u think that this will help me define my abs and the rest of my body and help get a sixpack?
