Now that's scientific! And here I thought my own abs were pretty good. I guess they're not. I'll stop using resistance immediately and do nothing but jacs. How many reps should I work my way up to? And how quickly should I do them? I'm thinking 4 or 5 reps a second is something to shoot for. I mean, I want to be efficient here. I still remember the days when I used to do 600 to 700 roman chairs and barely even feel it.

So much for maintaining my abs. What if I want to develop them more?
Perhaps I'll add more exercises. I'll need variability if I want them to grow. More sets. I have nothing but time. I'll work them every day, twice a day.

Wow. It was a lot easier when I just added a little weight here and there.
