:( So I was diagnosed with a little thing called ciliac disease. It's something that effect your system of absorbing nurtients that you eat. The only way to "cure" this is to quit eating wheat, oats, barley, gluten, etc, and protein shakes happen to fit under this catagory. So if I can do this without cheating and still manage to eat 180 grams of protein, I will gain some seriouse weight fast and grow anther few inches.
I'm still pissed about the fact that eating/drinking protein can't be as convient as it did before and now I gotta really watch what I eat.
