That sucks man, definately makes getting in the required amount of protein alot harder. There are however alot of people who only get their protein from solid foods (red meats, poultry, fish, etc) and still can get in huge amounts of protein. I was reading of one guy on another board who takes in 600 grams a day from only solid foods (rediculous huh?), so it is possible.

Can you just not have whey protein or is it protein shakes in general? There are other options like egg protein powders and so forth.
