Beef Jerky is good and loaded with protein. You won't want to eat more than 1 oz of the stuff because of the salt, but is good for an occasional snack. You
can get 180 grams, but your diet is going to be a little borring.

Let's see if I can pull out 180 grams in one day out of the top of my head.

Breakfast
2 Eggs ------------------12g
2 Slices Swiss Cheese----16g
1/4 cup Refried Beans----8g

Snack
1/2 cup Salmon Salad----12g

Lunch
3oz Chicken Breast-------28g
1/2 cup Hummus---------15g
1/2 Backed Beans--------6g

Snack
1 oz Beef Jerky----------10g
1/4 cup Peanuts---------8g
2 Beef Hot Dogs---------12g

Dinner
3 oz London Broil--------32g
Garden Salad------------0g

Snack
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese--15g
on bed of lettuce
1 Fish Filet---------------9g

Total 183g
