Going thru the dont's
Need help fellow weight lifters. I am going thru that stage where I have to beat myself to go to the gym 3 or 4 times/week. On days I do chests and arms I look forward to going but shoulders and back days I have gotten lazy. I think part of it is I don't really like some of the lifts for these body parts.
If you had to pick 3 or 4 lifts to do for shoulders and back what would it be? Which do you consider the bests to increase in size. Not real interested in strength but mass, I want to improve my look. I am 33 and weigh 194lbs and am 6' tall.
Need incouragement to carry on!!!!
