I was thinking about taking a week off of lifting, but I'd still be doing cardio like running and then I usually have hockey practice twice a week and 2 games a week. Would this be a bad idea? I seem to be stuck at my weight I am at now and I'm trying to determine if the reason is because I'm working out. I still have some fatty areas on my body despite working out and running or skating every day. I'm eating pretty good too.
