hmm.. expend more calories than i take in. Makes sense. But I got a problem, How do I calculate the amount of calories I take in? Also, If I go for a Jog, how do i calculate how much calories i expended? er.. another thing.. whats good calories and whats bad? So sorry dude, Im really new to all these detailed stuff. But I am truly determined to shape up. So I'm not afraid to work it out. If u may, please show me the way. You have my many thanks.
