And i have another question iwas thinking about...everyone says to maintain/build muscle you need to consume 1.5-2g of protein per lb you weigh?? How in the hell do you do this??? I weigh 170lbs so thats around 270-310g of protein a day!! And thats around 1000-1200 calories already in itself...i just dont see how one can eat consume that much protein in one day.
