I eat 350 grams of pro a day... and there are people that eat more that me.. all you need is to balance out your food to 5-7 meals a day or 5-6 meals with a protein meal right before bed time. eating at about every 2-3 hrs a day. the last meal doesn't have to be as big as the others. trust us the more dedicated and harder you train, (this doesn't mean heavy, it just means you take it to the limit and don't slack), the hungrier you'll be.
