ok, any food that says low fat on it is probably not what you want to eat. I am refering to the granola bars and pop tarts--sugar, they are sugar.

at least 6 meals a day
your cereal selections sux as well try kashi go lean or better yet, oatmeal
are you getting a pwo shake as well
do you even count your calories?
no soda, think water
