ignoring

i was jsut looking thru and saw this post..
well, i noe i am a newbie (just 1.5 years) but, tell u what:
when i started, my bodyfat% was 34.3% with a weight of 160lbs on a 5ft 7" frame. now, my body fat % is 18, with a weight of 160 lbs on a 5 ft. 8" frame. am 17 years old.
i bench press 160 lbs, deadlift 200 lbs and squat 160 lbs.
now, this is the important thing which i wanna say.... dont ignore ur body parts.. i did.. so i noe.. at one time the only muscles which used to be great to workout on for me were chest and bicep... i used to train them thrice a week... so i only eneded up getting nowehere... dont make the same mistake i did...
