Default Opinionated...

almost seems like these answers are all opinionated in some fashion or another. I was wondering if the acidity level of your bicep is breaking down and tearing in 2 different places could cause seperation of the muscle from bone. If anyone has any type of hard evidence that this is not bad to do back it up with something other than "Try to do it, and see what works best for you." That is one of the worst statements... There are some muscle workouts when done back to back is horrible and counter productive. Just throw some info thanks!
