Best times to take Whey Protein
I just got a tub of it and I want to make sure I'm using it right. So before I start I wanted to know what are the best times of day to use it.
I work out every day except on wednseday when I have hockey practice.
And just incase I'm 5'8'', 158lbs, and 15 years old.
